Easy Spinach Ricotta Pasta- This one's a keeper! This was easy to make & tasty. I used Galbani ricotta cheese. Also, I reduced the amount of garlic, as the author's suggestion was too garlicky for me. I increased the salt & pepper, and used rotini noodles, as they are easier to eat.
