Fixings 


FOR THE SOUP 
  • 2 tbsp. additional virgin olive oil 

  • 1 huge onion, hacked 

  • 2 medium carrots, stripped and diced 

  • 1 rib celery, hacked 

  • 1 tsp. dried oregano 

  • Legitimate salt 

  • Newly ground dark pepper 

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 

  • 6 c. low-sodium chicken soup 

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs 

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken bosoms 

  • 3 sprigs thyme 

  • 1 c. overwhelming cream 

  • Newly hacked parsley, for serving 




FOR THE DUMPLINGS 
  • 1/2 c. generally useful flour 

  • 1 tbsp. preparing powder 

  • 1/2 tsp. legitimate salt 

  • 1 huge egg 

  • 2/3 c. buttermilk 

  • 2 tbsp. dissolved spread
